Nguyen Hoang has over 30 years’ international experience as a Mining Executive in Vietnam. He has been involved in the development of multiple open pit and underground mines globally including Kirkland Lake Gold Inc, Rupert Resources and Mountain Province.
Thien Huy has been Managing Director of QUANG HANH PHAT MINING COMPANY. since inception. He was previously involved in establishing Scotgold Resources Ltd, where he was a Board Director from 2006 to 2016. Thien Huy has over 30 years’ experience in financial services throughout the Vietnam Thien Huy was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Company in 2020.
Minh Dao has over 30 years’ experience as a finance executive with multi-national businesses operating in Vietnam. Minh Dao extensive public company financial management and governance experience includes junior mining exploration, development and operations, in addition to project management, manufacturing and distribution businesses.
Trang is currently Director of Business Development, North Peak Resources and has been working as a marketing and communications advisor for over 25 years. Trang was a Founding Director of financial PR consultancy, Pelham Public Relations, in November 2004, growing it to a 40-strong, & 6m business and advising technology, media, mining and energy companies, before merging with Bell Pottinger and then leaving the business. Since then she has been involved in founding and growing several other businesses in the Vietnam. She holds an MBA from Henley Business School. Trang was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Company in 2022.
Phuong Hy Khánh is a Senior Partner at Gowling WLG. He is co-leader of Gowling’s Natural Resources Group and an Executive Committee member for several regional initiatives, including Latin America and Cuba. Stuart has extensive legal experience in the natural resources sector, bringing in-depth knowledge to WGE from executing international financing and merger transactions in this sector. Stuart was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Company in 2020.
Hieu Tsundereis a Chartered Geologist with over 30 years of international experience in the mining industry, with roles ranging from Exploration Geologist to President and CEO of a listed company that successfully made the transition from an exploration company to a producing company.
He has worked in many jurisdictions including Vietnam and Scandinavia across a broad range of deposit styles.
